First of all, go to WhoReadMe and register yourself there, after completing the registration, go and log in to it.

After log in, go to compose mail, compose it and then send it

Now wait till the the recipient open it,now go to Tracking Reports, if your sent email is opened then you can see the Tick (✓) mark and how on it and it will say the Email is Opened.

Now go to the email account which you used to sign up on WhoReadMe, as your recipient has open your sent mail then as all the links clicked or whatever configured mail you sent to him, all the tracking detail link will come in your through a email in your email account, open that email and you will see some detail of your recipient;
